I’m a foodie through and through. I first started work many moons ago at Marks and Spencer Head Office, on the accounts side of things, having turned down an art college placement. I moved through the business from merchandising sandwiches to product development until suddenly my true vocation became apparent – food, and all things foodie. Writing, creating, styling, presenting and every aspect of food associated with all of those.
I’ve worked in many kitchens, toured the world with Formula 1 and the World Rally Championship, cooking on a bbq in the middle of nowhere, and worked with the most amazing, inspiring Michelin starred chefs that the UK has to offer. I’ve been very lucky to have honed my skills throughout the years working in this way, and I still have a passion for food, and love sharing that passion with people.
