Book-worthy

Over the years, as a home economist, I’ve written hundreds of recipes for books and collaborated with many chefs – Eat Well For Less, Saturday Kitchen, James Martin and Daniel Galmiche, to name a few.

One of my favourite projects was a book for the National Kidney Federation with Lawrence Keogh – a labour of love; I wrote it with Lawrence, edited, propped and food styled it and then managed the publicity and launch plan too.
