Over the years, I’ve written hundreds of recipes for books and collaborated with many chefs – Eat Well For Less, Saturday Kitchen, James Martin and Daniel Galmiche, to name a few. My most recent project has been a book for the National Kidney Federation – a labour of love; I wrote and edited it, styled and propped it, and managed the publicity and launch plan too.
