Demo-worthy

Foodie festivals are back up and running again - thank goodness - and you always need someone to work with the chef and work out what they’re going to cook; to get the food; provide the kit and make sure that any “here’s one I made earlier” recipes are all already made.

I regularly organise demonstrations all over the country – be it for the National Trust at Countryfile Blenheim, with demos and tasting samples, or at smaller festivals like Bury St Edmunds. I also work with chefs for private cookery lessons and dinners too – in just the same way, they need someone to work with them, ensuring everything comes together on time!
